Anti-Spam Policy

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate this Anti-Spam Policy. We may also suspend your account pending review if we receive a complaint, abuse report, blocklist notice, or other evidence that you may be engaging in spam or other prohibited email activity.

This policy applies to all users. Vivint Host LLC takes a zero-tolerance stance against unsolicited email, bulk email abuse, and spam. Safelists, purchased lists, harvested lists, rented lists, and the sale or use of email lists for unsolicited messaging will be treated as spam. We may suspend or terminate any account that sends spam, facilitates spam, or causes our network or IP space to be listed on blocklists, with or without notice.

Websites promoted through spam or unsolicited messages may not be hosted on our servers. This includes spam or unsolicited messages sent by email, fax, phone, postal mail, instant messaging, forums, comments, social platforms, or newsgroups. Accounts that cause our IP space, domains, mail servers, or network to be listed on blocklists may be suspended or terminated.

At Vivint Host LLC, we are committed to maintaining a high-quality service. We reserve the right to require changes or disable, as necessary, any website, account, database, or other component that does not comply with our policies or to make any such modifications in an emergency that we deem necessary at our sole discretion.

Vivint Host LLC reserves the right to charge the account holder who sent unsolicited emails a cleanup fee or any charges incurred for blocklist removal at our sole discretion.

When sending email, each recipient must have a valid relationship with you or must have given clear permission to receive your messages. This may include current customers, members, subscribers, users who opted in, or individuals who have an existing business or professional relationship with you. You are responsible for maintaining proof of consent where applicable.

Emails must not contain content related to the prohibited industries, activities, or content categories listed below.

You must not use the service to send emails related to the following industries, activities, or content categories.

These types of emails may generate abuse complaints, blocklist listings, deliverability problems, and service disruptions, even when the sender claims the messages are opt-in. To protect our customers, network, and email reputation, Vivint Host LLC may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that create abuse risk or violate this policy.

• Pornographic or adult content.
• Adult novelty items.
• Dating or escort services.
• Multi-level marketing.
• Affiliate marketing or CPA marketing.
• Keylogging.
• Get-rich-quick, work-at-home schemes, or paid surveys.
• Online trading, forex trading, or stock market related content.
• Gambling services, gambling products, or gambling education.
• Online sweepstakes.
• Streaming TV services.
• Credit repair or get-out-of-debt content.
• Advertising your CV.
• Mortgages or loans without prior approval.
• Herbal highs or herbal incense.
• Nutritional supplements, herbal supplements, or vitamin supplements.
• List brokers or list rental services.
• Selling leads without prior approval.
• Essay writing services.
• Bulk RFQ request-for-quote emails.
• Designer goods without prior approval.
• Fake phishing emails for training exercises or penetration testing.
• Selling followers, likes, views, or comments on social media.
• Emails sent to external email-to-SMS services exceeding 100 messages per month, and none for marketing purposes.
• Unsolicited marketing email without proper permission from recipients.

You Must Also Not Use the Service To

• Knowingly send emails containing viruses, worms, or any other harmful code or software.
• Send defamatory, harmful, abusive, vulgar, or obscene content or material.
• Send emails that do not comply with applicable laws or that infringe upon the rights of any other party, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, moral rights, trade secrets, patents, or any other rights.
• Harass others or send threatening content.

You must also not use the service in a manner that substantially reduces performance for other subscribers, send “mailbombs” or other harmful devices, or engage in an activity designed to gain unauthorized access to any of our computers or information.

You must also not use the service to send emails from email addresses you do not have permission to use, are not valid, or send from invalid email addresses to test your account.
