Revised Pricing & Promotional Terms

Pricing reflects discounts applied to the first invoice only.

Discounted monthly pricing is available exclusively with a 36-month term.

Vivint Host may provide promotions, coupons, and special introductory pricing during a customer’s initial term. These promotional rates are limited-time discounts for new customers only and are valid for the Initial Term. Standard pricing will apply upon renewal.

Promotional discounts apply to the following products:

Website Builder, Shared Hosting, Email Hosting, WordPress Hosting, WooCommerce Hosting, and VPS Hosting. All plans automatically renew at the regular rate listed in your Client Area unless canceled prior to renewal.

If your hosting plan includes a free domain registration, and you cancel within the money-back guarantee period, a domain fee will be deducted from your refund to retain your domain name. This fee equals the regular domain registration rate.

The money-back guarantee does not apply to additional services, including but not limited to:
• Domain registration and transfers
• SSL certificates
• Add-on services or upgrades
• Setup fees (if applicable)

By purchasing or renewing services, you authorize Vivint Host to process automatic renewal payments using the credit card or payment method on file unless you cancel the service before the renewal date.
