Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have experience working in the web hosting industry (1+ years)
- Intimate knowledge of cPanel
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written English & Spanish communication skills
- Strong desire to grow technical skills
- Experience troubleshooting Linux servers and applications (AlmaLinux, CloudLinux)
- Experience with WordPress and other open-source CMS's is preferred
- Familiarity with standard web hosting services (PHP, MySQL, FTP, DNS, sFTP, SSH, mod_sec)
- Patience and perseverance to provide exceptional technical support to non-technical users via Live Chat, Support Tickets, and Sales Phone Calls.
We offer 15 days of paid time off (PTO) per year and standard holidays. The average salary for this role is $18 per hour, though it may vary based on your current skills.
